He was able to diagnose the issue and resolve our problem quickly. Southern Comfort is very reasonable regarding pricing and has great customer service. We will definitely use this company again in the future due to their honesty and knowledge in this field.
David and Jackson came to clean out my dryer vent. It was clogged and absolutely loaded with lint, they did a great job getting it cleaned while dealing with my kids and dog running around.

Incredible customer service! The technicians went above and beyond to try to repair our issues; however our unit was 20+ years old and needed to be replaced. They installed a new ductless unit and it is working great! So efficient and looks great. We are very pleased! Highly recommend Matt and his team!
A neighbor recommended Southern Comfort Heating & Cooling after I talked to a few other HVAC companies to replace a furnace. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, responsiveness, and pricing. Everyone I either talked to on the phone or met personally were the utmost professional and genuine. They did a great job and I would highly recommend Southern Comfort Heating & Cooling.
Jason L was awesome and knowledgeable. He explained everything so that I could understand it and was very patient and did not pressure us to make a decision about purchasing a new system. We also enjoy having the peace of mind having out system checked out and know that it's safe and going to work this winter!
